Rex A. “Andy” Livengood, 61 Rex A. “Andy” Livengood, 61, of Wichita, KS, formerly of Lafayette, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita, KS. He was born July 9, 1953, in Danville, IL, to the late Charles O. and Alberta R. Thomas Livengood. Andy attended Lafayette Jefferson High School. He was a journeyman with the Lafayette Printing Co. for over 22 years as a book binder and stitcher. Andy enjoyed his Corvettes, doing car restorations and enjoyed learning about history. Surviving is his wife, Carol B. Livengood of Wichita, KS. His children, Stacy Beasley (Charles) of Indianapolis, Tony Nichols (Regina) of Lafayette; sisters, Rita Wilson of Mitchell, IN, Terry Foley (Bill) of Lafayette, Mary Floyd (Ronnie) of Levenworth, IN, brother, Charles Livengood (Jaci) of Wichita, KS, sisters, Doris Smith of Monticello, Della Fellure of West Lafayette, Dee Greer(George) of Brownsburg, IN, brother, Harry Livengood (Alice) of Bowling Green, KY. Andy was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 until the time of the service at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 15, 2014 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel 400 Twyckenham Blvd Lafayette, IN 47909 with Mike Livengood officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Vale Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to the charity of their choice.
