Patricia Kay Frey, 81, of Lafayette, passed away at 2:31 pm Monday, November 17, 2014 at IU Arnett Hospital. She was born August 29, 1933, in Lafayette, to the late Charles and Beulah Spangler Primmer. Patricia graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School. On July 28, 1972 she married Cecil G. Frey in West Lafayette and he survives. Patricia was an executive secretary at ALCOA for 34 years before retiring in 1990. She attended Buck Creek United Methodist and St. Paul Church and was a member of the ALCOA 25 year club and its retirees club. Surviving is her husband Cecil G. Frey of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Beverly J. Davies and Anne Criswell, a brother James L. Primmer and a step son Randall Frey. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel 400 Twyckenham Blvd Lafayette, IN 47909 with Rev. Clayton Kendall officiating. Burial will follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers those wishing may contribute to the Wounded Warrior Project in Patricia's memory.
