I talked to Tom Gregg today and just learned about Mike&s passing from him. Our families thoughts and prayers are with you. I want you to know that Mike was always an inspiration to me because he was someone who was a super athlete, super intelligent, and most of all a super father who had strong family values and ethics. Along with all of that he was very humble. Those are characteristics every father aspires to have but most fall way short of his level. He always had a way of being positive and saying just the right things to make a friend feel better. I am sure he has passed those awesome traits on to Brett and Ashley and they are blessed for that.

So sorry to here about the loss of Mike. I was surprised to hear Mike was sick. When I saw the picture that was posted, that was the way I remembered Mike. Always with a smile and a special funny laugh.
I remember playing baseball against him at Cunningham Little league and Babe Ruth. Mike was a competitor and was bound and determined to win. Mike would get more upset with himself for the giving 200% when his team lost.
Mike always did well in school and we always told him not to do that well on the test so the curve would be a little higher for the people not as smart as him.
Knowing Mike he fought to the very end to beat the illness.

This is a time, that you need to lean on the people that care about you and trust me, having people there makes it a lot easier, so remember that and take advantage of it. Just know, how much he loved you and how very proud of his Kids he was, that was always very apparent. Hold those memories close to you. So sorry to here about the loss of Mike. I was surprised to hear Mike was sick. When I saw the picture that was posted, that was the way I remembered Mike. Always with a smile and a special funny laugh.
I remember playing baseball against him at Cunningham Little league and Babe Ruth. Mike was a competitor and was bound and determined to win. Mike would get more upset with himself for the giving 200% when his team lost.
