Joan Oppy of New Richmond passed away October 24, 2020 at Franciscan Health Lafayette East hospital.  She was age 96. Mrs. Oppy was a homemaker and member of the New Richmond United Methodist Church and Eastern Star. She was a New Richmond High School graduate in 1942.
