Lyndsay Brook Kremer, 39, of Lafayette, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loving family and friends.
Lyndsay was born in Lafayette on July 3, 1982, to Gery and Kathy Waggoner Kremer. She graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School in 2000 and attended Purdue University where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2004.
Lyndsay had the opportunity to live in Anchorage, Alaska where she eventually had her son, George, the center of her universe. Lyndsay’s quiet demeanor made her an excellent listener and even better friend. Those who knew her knew that behind that quiet exterior was the confidence and trust that one could only wish to achieve for themselves. It made perfect sense that she found a best friend in Crystal who talked for everyone. Lyndsay had a love for purple, turtles, funky shoes, friends, and family, but above all else, her son George for whom she did everything. To know Lyndsay was to love her! She will be missed forever!
Lyndsay is survived by her parents, Gery and Kathy Kremer; son, George; sister, Mandy (Dan) McCarthy; 3 nieces, Lola, Stella, Scarlett; and numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm (Noon) at Soller-Baker, Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909 with Rev. Betsy Arnold and Rev. Andrew Guthrie officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Lyndsay’s name be given to the Small Cell Ovarian Cancer Foundation at www.smallcellovarian.org
