Lisa Marie Warren, 49, of West Lafayette died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus. She was born September 25, 1966, in Hershey, PA, to the late Joseph and Helen Bubak. Lisa graduated with a BA in Communications from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA. On July 20, 1991 she married Mitchell “Mitch” Wade Warren in Chambersburg, PA and he survives. Lisa worked as a Receptionist at Lafayette OBGYN for the past 18 years. She enjoyed being outside, reading, walking, cooking, and especially attending the kids’ activities. Surviving along with her husband are her children Sarah Warren, Seth Warren both of West Lafayette, brothers Andy Bubak (Sandy), Dave Bubak (Debbie) all of Chambersburg, PA and Matt Bubak (Arlene) of Burke, VA. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, December 9th at Soller-Baker West Lafayette Chapel, 1184 Sagamore Parkway West. Inurnment will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to contribute may do so to the Purdue University Center for Cancer Research, 403 W. Wood St. , West Lafayette, IN 47907 in Lisa’s memory.
