I will forever cherish my memories with Lisa. She had so much love for others and a huge giving heart. The amount of peoples lives she touched is a true testament of who Lisa was. She was the rare friend you find in this world who is true, loyal and genuinely loves you. Lisa loved to have fun no matter what she was doing. Something as small as going to the store would end in laughing so hard you were crying. She was sunshine and happiness. I truly love her and will miss her always. My deepest sympathy and prayers to her girls, family and loved ones. She was loved by so many.

Although I only knew Lisa in her work capacity, her compassion for the people she served was insurmountable. My brother and I will miss her fierce advocacy and support. May God's love surround her family and friends during this difficult time.
Rhonda M Taylor left a message on February 3, 2025:
This woman always showed nothing but strength and courage her whole life, she was hard as a rock when she needed to be, but her soul was always soft in a bold and to-the-point kind of way. To the uncountable people's lives, she touched positively, I hope you feel as honored as I do to have known her. Lafayette and the world is dimmer without you here but your legacy shines bright, my friend. This is not goodbye,

I’ve known Lisa for easily almost 20 years through her girls and then my mom worked with her for 10 years. Lisa was the person I called every time my mom went through health issues and all the way up until my mother’s passing. She was a sounding board and a shoulder through that for me. I will miss her dearly and my heart is broken to hear of her passing. My heart goes out to her girls and granddaughters. She will be missed by so many.
