Linda L. Smart Smith, 74, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born June 8, 1947, in Williamsport, to the late Harvey E. and Kathern Rose (Hilt) Smart.

Linda graduated from Attica High School in 1965.

Her marriage was to Don Smith Sr. in 1965 and they later divorced.

Linda worked as a Chemical Technician for Eli Lilly and Company for several years before retiring.

She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed her birds, live country music and reading.

Surviving are two daughters, Stephanie (significant other Dan Bloem) Smith of Monticello and Kelly (husband Oliver) Black of CT, two brothers, Ron (wife Madonna) Smart of Lafayette and Darrell Smart of Danville, IL. Also surviving are five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by a son, Donald E. Smith, Jr. and a daughter, Theresa Smith.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Am Vets Post # 91, 219 N. Western Ave Monticello, IN 47960. Burial will be at Baker Cemetery.
