Kyle Rhoades was a charismatic young man; he always had a smile on his face. Kyle made an impression on me as a young man in college. I often bumped into him or a family member and was able to catch up on his life, hear how happy he was to get married and start a family. I am blessed that over the years I have had the opportunity to meet, work with and get to know several members of Kyle&s family. My heart goes out to the whole family but especially: Gale and Denny, Tom and Lynn, Kevin and Judy, Ryan, Melva, and Kyle&s wife and daughter. Kyle will be missed.

It was a sad day that I learned of a bad accident at Fairfield. I used to work there before I took a job at Lillly so I constantly knew of the dangers that all of us workers faced over the years.
And then to find out it was a friends family member really sucks.
My sympathy to all of you guys.

Although we have never met, I worked with your husband for several years at Fairfield and considered him a friend and joy to work with. Kyle could always be counted to make everyone smile and was continually joking around to help make the work day seem so much more enjoyable. My heart is breaking for you and your family. I know how this loss has devastated our work family, and can&t begin to imagine how this is impacting you and your entire family. Please accept my prayers and condolences and know that we are here to offer help and comfort in any way that we can. We loved Kyle, and he will never be forgotten.

I did not get the chance to spend a lot of time with Kyle, but from the time I did spend with him he made a big impact on my life.

I met Kyle about 2.5 years ago when I was dating Jill&s cousin Holly. After I met Kyle for the first time, we discovered that we were in the same fraternity at Purdue together. Kyle was 2 years older than me. So most likely he was moving out of the house the same semester that I was moving in.

The most time that I got to spend with Kyle was at a wedding up in Lansing, MI with the entire Bennett family. I felt extremely comfortable when talking with Kyle and he always made me feel welcome.

In college we may have been considered ""brothers"". For the short time that I got to know Kyle he made a big impact in my life and I will always remember him for that. I considered Kyle a &long lost brother&.

I only got to spend a limited amount of time with Kyle, but he made such a large impact in my life that the news of him leaving us devastated me.

I am very sorry for your loss. He did not deserve to go this early in his life. I will miss Kyle greatly.

You have made a big impression on my life and I am grateful for having the chance to get to know you. I am here and will continue to be for anything you need.
Blessings and Peace,

Although we didn&t know him personally, we do know what great friends you both are to Maria (my sister) and John. I know your trip to the Gulf Shores last year is a treasured memory and was a gift. Kyle&s legacy and memories will live on not only in your hearts but also in Elizabeth...your precious daughter. While his time with you was cut short...celebrate the wonderful man, husband, father, son and friend he was and know that you will have a ""special angel"" watching over you all! I was in Kyle&s 5th grade class at Klondike and also knew him a HHS. I just wanted to send my true condolences to his wife, baby and family. The one thing I remember about Kyle was that he was always very genuine. He was very polite and I always remember him saying ""ladies first"" when we went somewhere as a class. I also remember once in the 5th grade, Kyle&s mom came to our class for some reason. After she had left, someone said ""Kyle, your mom is so pretty!"" Kyle said ""I know, she is so beautiful. She&s my mom"" And that always stuck with me. It was so clear in that moment how much love was in his life. I live in Utah now and am unable to attend services. Please know how much your family is in my prayers at this difficult time.

Love and Prayers,
Kerstin
