Kenneth L. Butler, 57, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East.  He was born March 24, 1967, in Lafayette, IN, to the late Clifford and Ruth Ann (Datzman) Butler.

Ken graduated from Seeger High School in 1985. On November 2, 1991, he married Pamela Williams in Lafayette, IN, and she survives.  Surviving along with his wife are his extended family Chris, Kaylee, Della and Deegan Lytle.  Also surviving are his sisters Jennifer (Tim) Hollander of Evansville, IN, and Lynda (Eric) Storsved of North Carolina.

Ken was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 103.

Ken very much cherished time spent with Della, Deegan, his 41 nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.  He inspired and mentored many people along his journey.  His love was deep and sincere.  He also enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, traveling and anything having to do with nature.  He will be forever missed.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Pastor Jeff Stedge and Rev. Mark Berg officiating.
