Kathryn Talbott

Kathryn L. Talbott, 91, of Lafayette passed away Friday, August 29, 2014, at Creasy Springs Health Campus. She was born April 8, 1923, in Pana, IL, to the late Harry Randol and Theadosha Randol. Kathryn graduated from Pana High School, Pana, IL and Chichgo School of Nursing. Her marriage was to Charles Talbott and he preceded her in death. Kathryn worked as a Registered Nurse at Home Hospital and other health care facilities in Lafayette. She also worked as a Secretary at Cary Home for several years. Kathryn was a homemaker and a dedicated mother. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church and was an avid golfer, enjoyed gardening and spending time with and taking care of her family. Surviving are her sons Randol D. Talbott, Robert L. Talbott (Susie), and Mark S. Talbott all of Lafayette. Grandchildren are Jessica Miller, Grant, Austin, Wyatt, and Neal Talbott. Christa Giordano, great grand children Ava, Ellie, Rachel Giordano,and an expected great grandson Morgan Miller. Also surviving is her brother Don Randol (Ann) of Venice, FL. Kathryn was preceded in death by brothers Bernie and Harry Randol. Memorial services will be held Friday Sept. 5 from 6 to 7:30 pm at Calvary Chapel 2111 East State Street Lafayette, IN.
