Dear Watkins Family:
I was to so sorry to hear about the passing of Kathy. I worked with Kathy in the financial aid office at Ivy Tech from 1994-1998 when I was director there. Kathy was a wonderful counselor who took great pride in her work and liked to help students get the financial aid they deserved. I know she loved her family very much. I fondly remember a 60th birthday party we threw for her in 1997 and she was thrilled to share this special day with some family members at the downtown Ivy Tech. I was out of town last week or I would have stopped by. I will always cherish my memories of Kathy as she helped me direct a financial aid office for the first time. I&m sorry I didn&t get to see her recently or say thanks.
