We are shocked to hear about Justin passing. We met Justin as he was developing the dog park. He was so nice and was so excited about his dog park plan. And he talked with such affection about his dogs. We are heartbroken for his family and all who loved him and we will miss getting to know him better.

Oh Justin, how could this be! I am so very sorry. You were a hard worker, you taught me a lot of stuff, guns & learning to drive a bobcat, gave me work to do if you had it to offer. I'm in shock. I wish I'd known this sooner! It's been awhile & I am sorry whatever it was that drifted us apart. You will be forever & always be missed. RIP Justin Younkin <3

As young 13 & 14 yr. olds, I had the opportunity to have Justin as my teammate. I will always remember him as a competitor and a gracious individual. May your family and friends find strength in this time.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Justin’s family and friends. I met Justin as a little boy on camping and fishing trips on the river. I remember Justin as a fun loving, active little blonde headed boy that wanted to hang out with us older boys around the campfire! I pray that Justin is fishing next to a campfire in heaven.

Another one gone way too soon. Younkin you were a hell of a guy. Give Foley some love from all of us and be at peace brother. Sucks you aren’t around anymore. Have a beer up there and keep an eye on all of us down here. You will be missed but not forgotten!

I’ve known Justin since I was 6yrs old in cub scouts. We shared a lot of good times hunting pheasant, quail and rabbits as kids/teenagers. We hadn’t talked much the past 20yrs. Just the usual Facebook friends until he reached out to me this past December for a fence at his dog park. He was super proud of the dog farm. I had got to reconnect with a old friend this past 6months. Rest easy Younkin! You’ll be missed Fat Head!

I am so shocked and heartbroken to hear of Justin’s passing. We were great friends in high school and still would hang out here and then college and years after. I remember once Justin and Josh Groeber took me hunting on a school half day…I remember sitting there in the woods covered in deer pee and having to be super quiet and all I could think the ENTIRE time was “please don’t kill a deer….please don’t kill a deer!!” Justin had an infectious smile and would give you the shirt off his back if that’s all that he had. I’ll be praying for him, his family and his beloved pups.

Sue & Josh, my heart is breaking for you (and for me). Justin was like one of my boys, and I will miss him with all my heart. I'm sure Tobin and Foley met him at the gates with hugs all around. May the Lord give you the peace that passes all understanding. Much love, Cathy
