Juanita was a very special lady. I treasure the evenings we spent playing bridge as well as the times we spent discussing faith issues. I treasure her frankness as well as her sense of humor. I thank God that he allowed me to be counted among her friends.

May God wrap his arms of comfort and grace around those who mourn her passing and may we celebrate with Juanita her ascension into God&s kingdom.

Juanita - a dear lady of church at St. Andrew UMC. We met her there at Lunch Bunch and smaller groups. She always had words of greetings and encouragement -- loved by all. Our sincerest sympathies to family and friends. :) Peggy & Bill Hoover

I have known Juanita for many years through St. Andrew. I knew Royce as well. I was in real estate at one time and helped sell house on Taft. However, what I will remember most was going to lunch with her and her sending her water back because it wasn&t hot enough! Happened every time we went to Christo&s. I live in Oxford (am pastor now at Oxford UMC) but tried to stop and see her once a month when I was in town. Three months ago I don&t think she knew me. Two months ago I got no response from her. Last week she responded some and I am so glad I saw her one last time...until the great REUNION!!! She was one funny lady who always spoke her mind! I will always have a little &Juanita& spirit in me...it was contagious!!!
