I was so sorry to hear of Joyce&s passing. I wasn&t even aware that she was ill. I knew Joyce from when I was Joel&s elementary teacher and from the West Lafayette Elementary Teachers& luncheons. She was such a friendly person and so enjoyable to talk to. She will be greatly missed.
Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

We will miss seeing her smile as we would meet you two as you traveled through
our area. The first time we met as you drove into our driveway, Olene and I just fell in love with you, Joyce, and Joel. We looked forward to each meeting and having lunch and the times we worked on the Richey family cemetery. You and Joyce were very determined to keep the old cemetery kept in good shape, as we are .
I don&t know of a cousin that I met for the first time and just felt like I had known all my life. Joyce is one of a kind, a very special person, and we will miss her.
I hope that you and the rest of your family the best, and we know that Joyce is in a better place where there is no pain or sickness, and we will meet soon.
God bless you Jack.
James and Olene Richey
