John Michael Crowell 60

John Michael Crowell of Lafayette passed away on Saturday July 7,2018 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. He was born on March 29, 1958 here in Lafayette to the late Don M. and Mary Ellen Leill Crowell. He married Shari Neuwirth on December 28,2015 and she survives. John was an owner operator for Lafayette Logistics.

He enjoyed motorcycles, old trucks, his Corvette and traveling with Shari. John will be missed by his wife Shari and children and grandchildren and all the times he had gotten to spend with them. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Surviving are his wife Shari Crowell, daughters Bree Sowder-Crowell, Taylor Kennedy(husband Andrew), Carley Crowell, step children Jamie and Trevor Eldridge. Grandchildren Noah and Opal Kennedy, Skye Delarosa , Trey Lanning, Aeidon and Noah Eldridge. Two brothers Dan Crowell (Lisa), Joel Everson and two sisters, Karen Crowell and Rae Anne Everson-Clayton.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 17, 2018 from 5-8pm Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. Funeral service Wednesday July 18, 2018 at 10AM Soller-Baker Lafayette chapel. Pastor Dwight Monical officiating.
