Jennifer Gabriella (Vana) Loucka, 31, of Lafayette, Indiana died January 2, 2020 at home. She was born April 12, 1989 in Houston, Texas.  She is survived by her husband, James Zachariah Loucka, her parents, Scott and Sandra Vana, her siblings, Tony Ahrens, Brianne (Alex) Lane, Samantha (Jim) Elliott, and Sara (Travis) Denham, her grandfather, Ed Vana, aunts Ann (Jim) Bedino, Sharon Altrogge, Sandy (David) Vana-Miller, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Benjamin Jones, and her grandmothers, Lorraine Vana and Norma Jones. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by friends and family.  Jennifer graduated from North White High School in 2007. She enjoyed being with family and her pets, playing games, performing and listening to music, working puzzles, reading and being creative in many ways.  She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in West Lafayette, where she was baptized and confirmed.

A private service will be held at Soller-Baker West Lafayette Chapel.  A livestream of the service will begin on Thursday at 2 pm on Jennifer’s obituary page at www.soller-baker.com.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Almost Home Humane Society in Jennifer’s memory.
