Jay A. Taylor, 54, of Delphi, died at 8:03 PM June 25, 2015 in his residence. He was born January 30, 1961, in Lafayette to the late Robert and Evelyn Winicki Taylor. Jay graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School. He was the promotor of the annual car show in Delphi for many years. His love for cars and trucks he shared with everyone he met. Jay will be missed by all who knew him. Surviving are a brother- Jim Taylor, sister- Janet R. Hale (spouse James), nephew and niece John(spouse Jamie) Catron, great niece and nephew Scott and Kierra Catron all of Lafayette. Visitation will be Tuesday 12:30-1:30 PM June 30, 2015 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel followed by funeral at 1:30 PM. Fr. Eric Underwood officiating. Burial will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Those wishing may contribute to the charity of choice.
