MONTICELLO ? Jack L. Kiser Jr., 53, of Monticello, died at 12:50 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Indiana University Health Arnett of Lafayette.
He was born July 15, 1957, in Lafayette, the son of Nadine Perrin Kiser of Monticello and the late Jack L. Kiser Sr. and the stepson of Maggie Kiser of Lafayette.
Mr. Kiser was a plumber and steamfitter for various contractors for Local 157 Plumbers & Steamfitters Union.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles and collecting hot wheels and was a fan of NASCAR and driver Kyle Petty.
Surviving with his mother and stepmother are a daughter, Erica M. Coome (husband: Shaun) of West Lafayette, and two brothers, Richard Kiser (wife: Carrie) of Monticello and Brad Kiser of Lafayette.
Also surviving are grandchildren, Troy Wheeldon, MaKayla and Evan Coomey. Preceded in death by son, David Kiser; brother, Keith Kiser; and sister, Peggy Lewark.
Memorial visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. Those wishing may contribute to the Juvenile Diabetes Association. www.soller-baker.com
