What a grand lady Helen was. We first met Helen & Ted at church in 1985 when we first moved into the Lafayette area. They welcomed us into the St. Andrew United Methodist Church family with open arms. We looked forward to seeing them each and every Sunday at church to chat and catch up on Purdue ballgames, agriculture, work and family. Helen was always ready to greet us with a big hug. She was generous and giving in times of need as the family gave our high school son funds to buy another car after a tornado destroyed his Camero. We will miss those hugs and those fun times to catch up. Passing at age 105. What a testament to a beautiful life spent on this earth. Rest in peace Helen. We love you and will miss you. Judy & Larry Murfitt
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
