Gerriann Fish, 88, died peacefully on October 23, 2021 in Webster Groves, Missouri, after a brief illness.
Gerriann was born in Evansville, IN to Ambrose and Jenell Frasier on June 2, 1933 and grew up in Evansville, Indiana where she graduated from Bosse High School in 1951. She resided in West Lafayette, Indiana, for many years with her husband, Robert Fish, who preceded her in death in 1999. Gerriann worked at Purdue University, retiring in 1997. She was very active at Central Presbyterian Church and Lafayette Civic Theatre, as well as her community at University Place.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Donald Frasier. She is survived by two brothers, Ralph (Lannie) Frasier of Evansville, and Stephen (Nancy Kelly) Frasier of Fresno, CA, one sister Tegie (Mike) Ramsey, three sons, Robert (Annie) Fish of Webster Groves, MO, Steven (Quincey Simmons) Fish of Jamaica Plain, MA, Jonathan (Tomoya Ogawa) Fish of El Segundo, CA, and eight grandchildren, Cecil, Lucy, Will, Owen, Samuel, Jack, and Henry Fish of Webster Groves, MO and Emily Fish of Jamaica Plain, MA.
A calling will be held on October 30, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Central Presbyterian Church in Lafayette, IN, with the funeral beginning at 11:00 am.
