Mary, I'm very sorry to learn of your mother's passing. Although I never met her, it's obvious from knowing you that she must have been a very wonderful lady. I know that nothing I can say will serve to condole, but I can wish that you know no further sorrow in life. Daveed

Being from the Lafayette area and now living in Colorado, I read the obits to see who I might know has passed. I sometimes click on ones I do not know, today being of Mrs. Tudor. I do want to say I am saddened for you in her passing. I am greatly impressed by her history, yet more impressed by her love of others. I certainly wished she had been in my life. You have a great legacy in your Mom, and varied stages of Grandma. I again express my condolences to you, and trust that God's comfort be upon you, His grace and mercy surround you in the days to come.

The second last paragraph of the obituary says it all. I loved Aunt Ethel and am so sorry I will not be able to attend. Love to all my cousins and Uncle Charlie and Aunt Helen.
