I want to express my deepest sympathy to all of you for your loss.
A very scared, un-coordinated, clumsy little girl walked into Tommy&s studio on the main street of Bluffton back in the late 1950&s (at the prodding of her mother!) Tommy was so precise and so sweet to us. She soon taught us that we could move our feet to the music! Her lessons were lots of fun and I always looked forward to them. She later moved her studio to her home and I remember taking many lessons there with my class of "tappers". I still love tap, even in my late 50&s! My parents even took ballroom lessons from her, and were part of the Tommy Davis Dance Club.
My husband and I have taken ballroom lessons here in Indianapolis, and have gone on to compete at several competitons across the country. Tommy gave me my start!
Tommy instilled self-confidence in me and helped me to know that I could do something special.
I will always have a special place in my heart for her.
Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My heart reaches out to you at this time of loss. Your care of your wife was an inspiration to me. Your love and devotion was visible. I will never forget the visits I had with Tommy as a volunteer for Caregiver Companion 5 years ago. Shortly afterwards, I became a caregiver for my father who had a stroke. Your tender caregiving became a model for me. I will never forget dancing that summer with Tommy and having her instruct me in ballet. We enjoyed music and opera together. She was certainly a gracious, talented , faithfilled woman.
What marvelous things you and Tommy accompished together at the Veteran&s Home and with your church.
With sympathy and prayers,
