Donald L. Danaher, 85, of Lafayette died at 7:32 AM Sunday, November 8, 2015, in his residence. He was born October 29, 1930, in Lafayette, to the late William and Elsie Relander Danaher. He graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School class of 1948. Donald served in the United States Army during the Korean War from 1951-1953. On February 7, 1953 he married Patricia T. Ruppert in St Ann Catholic Church and she survives. Donald was a tool and die maker for Landis Gyr formerly Duncan Meter for 35 years. Surviving are his sons, Larry P. Danaher wife Jennifer of Lafayette, Kenneth J. Danaher wife Denise of Chesterfield,VA, seven grandchildren and 2 great grand children. Private Service to be held at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Fr. Timothy Alkire officiating. Donald was preceded in death by a daughter Janet Marie Meyer, brothers William and Raymond Danaher and a sister Rolene Wagner. Soller-Baker Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
