Debra Costa, 50 Debra Costa, 50, of Lafayette, IN, died at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born September 18, 1962, in Holyoke, MA, to Doyle and Marilyn Hensley. She graduated from Springfield Tech Community College in Springfield, MA. On April 30, 1983 she married Tony Costa in Chicopee, MA. Debra was a member of Faith Church in Lafayette where she also enjoyed working as a Biblical counselor at the Vision of Hope house on Faith Church Campus. Surviving along with her husband are her children, a son, Jeremy Costa of Lafayette, a son, Andrew Costa, wife Crystalyn, of Crawfordsville, and a daughter, Jennifer Shaffer, husband Morgan, of Lafayette. Debra had 3 grandchildren. A granddaughter, Katelyn Costa of Crawfordsville, and 2 grandsons, Lucas and Jacob Shaffer of Lafayette. Her parents, Doyle and Marilyn Hensley, a brother Paul Hensley, wife Cathy, of Ludlow, MA, a brother, James Hensley also of Ludlow, MA , a sister Cheryl Gray , husband Doug, of Gramby, MA, a sister Susan King, husband Doug, of Broadbrook, CT, and a sister Maria Hensley of Maynardville, TN. A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, April 27, 2013 with a memorial service following at 11:00 AM all at Faith Church Community Center. Pastor Steve Viars will officiate.
