I was so sorry to hear that Dave had passed away. He was a dear friend with a kind, loving heart. We were always trying to get together at the yearly school reunions, but hadn't since our 50th. However, I am happy that I did talk with him on the phone sometimes. My sympathy goes out to Charlene and his children and grandchildren. He was one of the best.

I am sorry to hear of David's passing. David was my first friend when I moved from Raub to Kentland Indiana. We were class mates from first grade to graduation in 1961. I found this picture of David and myself in front of my parents house 102 N. Second St Kentland Indiana I am thinking this was taken in 1949 or 1950 we were 6 or 7 years old at the time. I knew David was ill and have prayed often for him. I am glad he has found his peace. Roger Johnson
