Danron D. Fillmore

Danron D. Fillmore, 28, of Lafayette, died Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Clarian Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
Born Sept. 28, 1981, in Gary, he was the son of Rosalind Manyfield of Lafayette and the late Danron Fillmore.
He graduated from Gary West Side High School and attended Ivy Tech and Harrison colleges.
Mr. Fillmore was a member of The Holla Family and enjoyed music, watching movies, reading, traveling and the C-Block.
Surviving with his mother are a brother, Djuan Fillmore of West Lafayette; and two sisters, Danielle Fillmore of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Latoyia Fillmore of Lafayette.
Also surviving are his grandparents, Claude and Bessie Hinton of Merrillville; his honorary son, Christopher Burton of Lafayette; 4 nieces, Jahdayah Fillmore, Jayden Fillmore, Dalisshea Fillmore and Jordyn Fillmore; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his BFF?s.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2010, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909. Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, the Rev. Kevin Russell officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. (EST) Friday, June 18, 2010, at Fern Oaks Cemetery in Griffith, IN.
