Crystal N. Verhey, 30, of Rossville, IN died at 3:32 am Monday, August 31, 2015 at Milner Community Health Care in Rossville. She was born December 14, 1984, in Lafayette, IN to Steve Verhey and Debbie Reed Fleeman. Crystal graduated from Rossville High School and worked at Comfort Inn in Lafayette for eight years as a breakfast hostess. She enjoyed time with her family, her niece Penelope and was looking forward to the arrival of her twin nephews Gavin and Roman Verhey due in September. Crystal will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving is her mother and step father, Debbie Fleeman (spouse Roy) of Rossville, her father and stepmother, Steve Verhey (spouse Vicki) of Danville, IL, a brother, Scott Verhey (spouse Alicia) of Foristell, MO and niece, Penelope Verhey, and twin nephews, Gavin & Roman Verhey. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jury Reed Sr., Carolyn Reed Keeling and Vincent and Mable Verhey. Visitation will be Thursday, from 5 – 8 pm at Soller – Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette, IN 47909. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10 am at Soller – Baker Lafayette Chapel with Fr. Ambrose Ziegler officiating. Burial will follow at Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, IN.
