Connie Sue Becker, 58, of Lafayette, died at 2:04 AM Thursday January 28, 2016 at Heritage Health Care. She was born March 22, 1957, in Lafayette, to the late Mary Smith Brunner.
She graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School. Connie worked at Home Hospital for 20 years in the kitchen and then for Lafayette City Bus for five years. On April 8, 2000 she married Michael Becker in Lafayette and he survives. Connie enjoyed fishing, watching the Chicago Cubs, Indianapolis Colts and Purdue Athletics.
Surviving is her Husband, Michael Becker, Lafayette, brothers, Larry Brunner ( Debbie), Travis Brunner, Lafayette ,sister, Ashley Filson(Christine), Lafayette ,three step children Best Friend, Gayle Murphy, Lafayette.
Visitation will Monday from 10-11 AM February 1, 2016 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel followed by service at 11AM . Fr. Patrick Baikauskas officiating. Inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers family request memorial contributions to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Almost Home Humane Society.
