Not really sure if you will remember me but I lived down the street from you on Brady Lane. My name was Jacque Mitchell. My parents still live there and I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you during your loss. You dad was a great man.

I just saw on JC Online that your brother, Chuck, had died and I wanted to send my condolences to you and Carolyn. My brother, Denny, died last December in Ohio.
It seems a long time since I last saw you but I don&t get back to Lafayette very often though I occasionally talk to Joanie. I hope that this note finds you doing well. So far I have been blessed with good health (as far as I know) but I know that is always subject to quick change at this age!
I sure hope we can get together sometime. I was ""home"" last Christmas but only briefly though Joan wanted to get together with you but there just wasn&t enough time. We have a lot of ""catching up"" to do, my friend!
God bless you and give you courage during this difficult time.
Love,
""Smit""
