My name is Bruce Ward it came as quite a shock to me, It was just a few weeks ago I stopped and talked to Charley and yourself on your back porch after visiting my mother at heritage healthcare. every time i go there i always look to see if he&s outside mowin or just outside. I started at General Auto in 1991 and over 14 years getting to know C.B.(as i used to call him) was a pleasure.C.B. was more of a role model to me, always at work goin out everyday meeting/seeing his customers forming relationships with them,Charlie truely cared about his customers and when changes came to Carquest and Dick and Dan Benedict retired and corp. came in it really hurt him but he kept goin until he was finally just forced out.Charlie helped me out a few times after my accident at Fairfield and I went back to Carquest after corp. took over I was going thru some rough times and he helped me for that I&m soo gratefull. I remember him always looking forward to vacation and going to see his children and boy was he such a proud grandpa, always bragging on his kids choices and career paths but a special spot in his heart for his grandkids. Carolyn i&m so sorry for your loss,Charlie is and will always be a great-great man.You and your family are in my prayers, may God keep you and be your comfort in this trying time. Thank you Charlie Brissey for all you done for me that you didn&t even know you where doing. That&s just the kind of man you were and will always be to me. Forever Missed.
So sorry to hear of your loss. If there&s anything I can do to be of help to you-don&t hesitate to contact me.
