Celia Muro Del Real de Gaytan, 59, of Lafayette died Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at her home. She was born March 12, 1955, in Colotlan Jalisco, Mexico, to the Francisco Muro and the late Victoria Del Real. On July 8, 1971 she married Jose Guadalupe Gaytan in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and he survives. Surviving along with her husband are her children Ramiro Gaytan (Maria Eugenia)of CA, Maria Leticia Muoz (Jose Pepe.) of Lafayette, Mayra Karina Gaytan (Olegario Huizar) of Lafayette, grandchildren Ashley, Vannely, Ramzes, Raimy, Elizabeth, Gabriela, Camila, Lupita, Jasmine, Francisco and Kassandra. Also surviving are her siblings Antonio, Maria Elena, Maria Del Carmen, Maria Del Socorro, Fernando Serafin, Ruben and Jose. Celia was preceded in death by a sister Elvira and a brother Martin. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Rosary will be at 4 PM Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial 1:30 Monday, December 22, 2014 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Fr. Timothy Alkire officiating. Burial will be at St. Boniface Cemetery.
