My condolences go out to the family of Carol Ross. I worked with Carol at Payless and had many great nights laughing with her while working in the deli. She made the nights go by quickly. Carol was always friendly to everyone she met as a customer and was very well liked. So sorry to hear she has passed away.

Rick, Bob,

I always counted Butch and Carol among my favorite people from the South End. Growing up, whenever I saw them they talked to me, not at me as a lot of adults did. I always appreciated that about them. Please accept my sorrow for your loss, and pass to Butch and the rest of the family my condolences and best wishes at this extremely hard time. Janet and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Candy, Charles, Shannon and the Ross family,
So very sorry to hear about your mom. I always enjoyed working and talking with her. She was a wonderful person and is going to be greatly missed by her family and friends. I don&t think she ever met anyone that she couldn&t have a conversation with. One special lady! Sharon Freestone
