This was my grandmother. I only wish that I had gotten to spend more time with her. I regret always wanting to go home when we visited her. I know she would always ask how everyone's day has been, because she hated a quiet room. If I had only gotten to know her better...

Brenda was always so nice to me. I remember the time that Gene Skiles and I and maybe Francis Oteham installed a garbage disposal at her house on Sequoia Dr. Of course that was a fun time. She will truly be missed by many people and l’m proud to have known her. The funny stories could go on forever too.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

So sorry to hear of Brenda's passing. I know she will be missed by many. I remember her as a fun loving cousin who always was smiling and was very nice to me when I was young. Our thoughts and prayers are with all her family.

Brenda was sister-in-law to my very best friend in the world, my brother Stephen Stamper. One of her roommates back in 1967 on South 9th Street in Lafayette, Linda Ruth Naugle, became my bride in 1970 and bore our only child, our beloved daughter, Shelley. I remember Brenda with great fondness. No one could share a joke better, nor be eager for the next adventure, nor be more positive than she. Though we lost touch somewhat after my first move from Indiana in 1984, I remain blessed to know members of her family to this day, especially her remarkable sister Sandra Ellen, whom I love very much and will for all my days. The peace of our Lord is now with dear Brenda and shall remain with her forever. Thanks be to God.
