Betty J. Ohl, 94, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at St. Anthony Health Care.
She was born February 15, 1923, in Lafayette, to the James and Minnie Troxel Rickey.
Betty graduated in 1940 from Mulberry High School. On October 31, 1945, she married Kenneth W. Ohl in Lafayette and he passed away on July 23, 2011.
Betty worked at National homes for five years she was a homemaker. She was a former member of Sigma Alpha Chi, American Legion Aux., Elks Aux. Betty enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, collecting shells.
Surviving are Daughter, Debra (Mike) Bridges of Fort Myers, FL., her loving Granddaughter, Nikki Sheets, also of Fort Myers, FL.
