Berniece Kay Mull, 74, of Washington, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at The Villages at Oakridge.
She was born May 28, 1946, in Kokomo, to the late Lloyd and Katherine (West) Smith.
After high school Kay graduated from the University of Wisconsin.
Kay worked in finance for 33 years retiring as a Vice President at Industrial Federal Credit Union in 2010.
She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church and enjoyed Crossword puzzles, music, singing and sewing.
Surviving are three daughters, Stephanie (Sheryl) Mikel of Smyrna, TN, Sharon Remaly of Vincennes, Noelle Boehle of Port Naches, TX, three step-sons, Ray (Linda) Bannister of IN, Scott (Kelly) Shumate and Shawn (Roxanne) Shumate both of TX, her brother, Charles Smith of Indianapolis, and a sister, Anna (George) Byars of IN. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Alisha, Alex, Tye, Beau, Megan and Monica as well as two great granddaughters, Kinzleigh and Lydia.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Soller- Baker Funeral Home 400 Twyckenham Blvd. Lafayette with Rev. Kevin Bowers officiating. Entombment will follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette.
