Archie L. Ketterling, 85, of Lafayette went to heaven Monday April 15, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Central. He was born July 27, 1927, in Streeter, ND, to the late Frederick and Maria Buck Ketterling. He served in the United States Army and Marine Corps during the Korean War. Archie graduated from North Dakota State. On March 22, 1995 he married Belinda Patton in Lafayette and she survives. Archie worked as a Pharmacist for over 40 years, working at Osco's and CVS Drug Stores, retiring in 1995. Surviving along with his wife are children Shannon Williams husband Kevin of Lafayette, Belinda Foreman of West Point, Chistopher Patton wife Terran of Lafayette, Dennis Ketterling of Ft. Collins, CO, Diane Miller husband Jeff of Cutler, Patti Kurowski of Saudi Arabia, Brian Ketterling of West Lafayette, Nancy Ornduss husband Chuck of Elkhart, grandchildren Caitlin, Logan, Elliott, Hudson, Eli, Angie, Joshua, Amy, Justin, Amanda, Austin,Piper, Gauge and a great grand daughter Chloe. Also survivng are sisters Gladys Becker of Napoleon, ND, Elvira Greuel of Fargo, ND, June Adams of Bradington, FL, Elda Erbele of Lehr, ND, Ozella Reinhardt of Grand Forks, ND and a brother Clarence Ketterling of Morris, MN. Friends will be received ½ hour prior to a 2:30 PM Memorial Service on Saturday at the Indiana Veterans Home Chapel. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
