Agnes J. Eberle, 80, of Pine Village died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Green Hill Manor in Fowler. She was born March 16, 1934, in LaPorte to the late Francis and Laura Arkuszewski Jorgenson. On March 17, 1952 she married James Eberle in West Point and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2006. Agnes worked as a cook at Purdue University and Dairy Queen and is retired. She was member of the American Legion Aux #12, Eagles Lodge in Frankfort and a Life Member of the AFW Aux #1110. Surviving are her children Jacqueline Higley (Richard), Star Deardruff (Stephen), Carl Eberle all of Lafayette, Cindy Vessels (Joe) of Pine Village, 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Dorothy Nicholson of LaPorte. Agnes was preceded in death by a daughter Loretta Logsdon and 3 grandchildren. There will be no service.
